CMEsolutions makes all decisions regarding the disposition and disbursement of commercial support and all support associated with any activity must be given with our full knowledge and approval. CMEsolutions does not use commercial support to pay for travel, lodging, or personal expenses for faculty spouses or significant others or participants of a CE activity.
